Yes, I offer online counselling for older teens and adults, using secure video platforms. For younger children, I recommend in person sessions to allow for creative and play-based work.
Sand Tray Therapy is a creative and non-verbal approach where clients use miniature figures and a tray of sand to express thoughts and feelings. It’s especially effective for children and also very powerful for adults who find it hard to express emotions with words.

Yes, counselling is a confidential space. I follow ethical guidelines to ensure your privacy. The only exceptions are if someone is at serious risk of harm, in which case I have a duty to act in your safety.
Sessions are 50 minutes for individual clients – £50
That depends on your goals and what you’d like to work through. Some people come for just a few sessions, while others stay longer. We will review progress regularly together.
